Subject: Thanks for posting

Work obligations don't allow me to attend these shows or many other shows. Love the PLF sound, especially with Larry and Teresa. Looking forward to the rest of the Capital run being posted. Thanks for posting. P.S. Just started to listen to the show so I gave it four stars.

Subject: Thoughts on the "inspiration" line in Terrapin

It was no surprise that they really rocked this show. It was the opening night of an 8 night run, and they kicked it off with a bang. My only complaint is this: why do they have to change the vocal arrangement for the "inspiration" verse of Terrapin Station? The "inspiration" verse of Terrapin is probably one of the most powerful vocal parts in the entire GD songbook. John K. sings Terrapin beautifully, so why not let him just sing the whole song the way the song was originally sang? Having other voices jump in right there at the peak of it all does not enhance the song. It takes away from the power of that moment of inspiration that moves us ever so brightly.
Despite this one small complaint, this show was fantastic. Cumberland Blues was especially good.
